根據(jù)《中華人民共和國教師法》《教師資格條例》《〈教師資格條例〉實(shí)施辦法》《中小學(xué)教師資格定期注冊暫行辦法》和《******************************中小學(xué)教師資格定期注冊試點(diǎn)工作實(shí)施方案》（吉教師字〔****〕**號），現(xiàn)將****年中小學(xué)教師資格定期注冊有關(guān)事項(xiàng)公告如下： 一、注冊對象 *.公辦普通中小學(xué)、幼兒園、中等職業(yè)學(xué)校和特殊教育學(xué)校、專門學(xué)校在編在崗教師； *.依法舉辦的民辦普通中小學(xué)、幼兒園、中等職業(yè)學(xué)校在崗教師； *.在教師進(jìn)修學(xué)校、教育教研室、電化教育館、少年宮等教育機(jī)構(gòu)從事教育教學(xué)相關(guān)工作，聘任中小學(xué)（中等職業(yè)學(xué)校）教師職稱的在編在崗人員。 二、注冊條件 （一）滿足以下條件的，首次注冊合格： *.具有與任教崗位相應(yīng)的教師資格； *.遵守國家法律法規(guī)、《新時(shí)代中小學(xué)教師職業(yè)行為十項(xiàng)準(zhǔn)則》《新時(shí)代幼兒園教師職業(yè)行為十項(xiàng)準(zhǔn)則》和《中小學(xué)教師職業(yè)道德規(guī)范》，有良好的師德表現(xiàn)； *.上年度考核合格及以上等次。首次任教人員須試用期滿且考核合格。 *.身心健康，勝任教育教學(xué)工作。 （二）滿足以下條件的，定期注冊合格： *.具有與任教崗位相應(yīng)的教師資格； *.遵守國家法律法規(guī)、《新時(shí)代中小學(xué)教師職業(yè)行為十項(xiàng)準(zhǔn)則》《新時(shí)代幼兒園教師職業(yè)行為十項(xiàng)準(zhǔn)則》和《中小學(xué)教師職業(yè)道德規(guī)范》，有良好的師德表現(xiàn)； *.注冊有效期內(nèi)每年年度考核合格及以上等次； *.注冊有效期內(nèi)完成不少于國******************************級教育行政部門規(guī)定的***個培訓(xùn)學(xué)時(shí)； *.身心健康，勝任教育教學(xué)工作。 （三）有下列情形之一的，應(yīng)暫緩定期注冊： *.注冊有效期內(nèi)未完成國******************************級教育行政部門規(guī)定的教師培訓(xùn)學(xué)時(shí); *.中止教育教學(xué)和教育管理工作一學(xué)期及以上的，但經(jīng)學(xué)?；蚪逃姓块T批準(zhǔn)的進(jìn)修、培訓(xùn)、學(xué)術(shù)交流、病休、產(chǎn)假等情形除外； *.注冊有效期內(nèi)任何一年年度考核不合格的； *.受到黨政紀(jì)處分未解除的。 暫緩注冊期限最長為兩年，暫緩注冊者達(dá)到定期注冊條件后，可重新申請定期注冊。 （四）有下列情形之一的，注冊不合格： *.違反《新時(shí)代中小學(xué)教師職業(yè)行為十項(xiàng)準(zhǔn)則》《新時(shí)代幼兒園教師職業(yè)行為十項(xiàng)準(zhǔn)則》《中小學(xué)教師職業(yè)道德規(guī)范》或有《中小學(xué)教師違反職業(yè)道德行為處理辦法》所述行為，影響惡劣的； *.注冊有效期內(nèi)連續(xù)兩年以上（含兩年）年度考核不合格的； *.依法被撤銷或喪失教師資格的。 注冊結(jié)論為不合格者，所持證書不能再重新注冊。 三、注冊程序及時(shí)間安排 （一）網(wǎng)上報(bào)名（**月**日—**月**日）
